In Person Consultation & Home Health Check
We believe in doing things the right way from the start. That’s why we offer a detailed in-home consultation and home health check for $149. During your visit, we’ll:
- Walk through everything you want completed
- Discuss your goals, ideas, and concerns
- Inspect the areas related to your project
- Identify any hidden or unexpected issues that could cause problems later
- Take photos and document recommended repairs or improvements
- Provide a separate quote for any additional items we find
This appointment helps you make informed decisions and gives you a clear understanding of your home’s condition before work begins.
How the $149 Works
The $149 consultation fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
If you decide to move forward with us for your project, the full $149 is credited back to you as a discount on your final quote. In other words, your consultation is essentially free when you hire us for the work.
